Second Sock Syndrome

One way to avoid second sock syndrome is to knit other things after your first sock. When you come back to knit the second sock, you are actually looking forward to it. Everyone else's projects are done and these are for me.

Note to self. Do not put bottle of hand sanitizer on wooden table. If it drips after being pumped, this is what happens.

  1. Lovely socks! I definitely suffer from second ANYTHING syndrome! I like to make things once, and that's it.

Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog about the Uggs. Your email address doesn't come through the comments so i thought I would leave a comment on your blog.

My favorite shop is Lambikins although it's not very convenient since I live in Blue Ash. I also like Yarn and Fabrications in West Chester and the one down in Bellevue KY whose name escapes me at the moment!

BTW, we planned on going to the Lebanon horse parade that you showed in an earlier post but our friends invited us elsewhere that day. I bet it was lovely!

  2. I am ashamed to say I have six pairs of socks on the go at the moment - I shall use yor advice and start working my way through them!

I'm sure yours will be beautiful.

  3. Another trick to avoid the second sock syndrome is to knit both socks at the same time. That's what I'm doing at the moment and it actually works! (well, it did this time)
