When it is hot outside and summer fruits are plentiful, it's time for fruit smoothies. We love them for breakfast or lunch, dinner or dessert! This simple recipe offers as many variations as your imagination can offer! They are gluten-free of course!
1/2 C. yogurt (for GF, use Yoplait or Kroger brand)
3/4 C. liquid (OJ, lite coconut milk, or whatever suites your fancy)
2 C. frozen fruit
Blend thoroughly. It will be thick and frosty and delicious!
