Roasted Cauliflower


We have found a new love: roasted cauliflower. What vegetable doesn't taste better roasted? So easy, so delicious!

Roasted Cauliflower
One head of cauliflower, cut into large florets.  Don't make them too small and try to keep uniform in size.
Toss with olive oil
Season if you like with garlic salt
Roast at 425 for approximately 20-25 minutes.
